1. probe - ROMA probe number
2. CHROM - chromosome number
3. CHROM.POS – probe start base pair position within the chromosome
4. FRAG.POS - fragment start base pair position within the chromosome
5. ABS.POS – absolute probe start base pair position
6. density – event density measure as explained in the text.
